Be Willing To Not Know What Anything Is

What? Not know what?

Anything. What you’re looking at.

Your phone, your hand, that object in front of you.

That person over there.

Join me in this moment, and let it be enough, sufficient unto the moment, No matter how brief that moment be.

We shared a meditation!

The Sufi poet, Rumi, said:

“Exchange your cleverness for bewilderment”.

Be willing to not know what anything is.
