I was tired. I had just completed six straight days working on my 28 foot sailboat with my friend, prepping and painting the bottom. I came home, had a shower, dressed and drank a glass of wine (very slowly), playing around with my guitar. It was getting dark now and the half moon was there, through my window.
I let myself into the space between thoughts, the space or little gap between the past and the future. I went very still, and curious.
Wanting to see what was really there as I gazed on the moon through my window, I experienced a flicker of fear. I said sorry, please show me again.
Then I saw something unexpected, the moon was as close as the lamp! Why, I asked? Because they are in your mind, came the answer.
